Directions - Bath with the soap for seven days, do not run out of the soap before the seventh day, it's also highly recommended that you use a traditional sponge. Discard the sponge after the seventh day, if for any reason you have some soap left after the seventh day, continue using it until it's all out, but do not run out before the seventh day.
